Richard Puentes serves as our in-house accountant and controller. He has 30 years of experience in a variety of accounting disciplines. He is responsible for full charge bookkeeping in accounting and the ultimate financial oversight of all the properties in the portfolio. In addition to his vast financial knowledge, Richard makes himself accessible to the property owners and tenants to answer questions and provide information. This effort ensures transparency and excellent communication between the asset owners and our customers.

Richard graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Accounting. Richard is a licensed Tax Preparer and is a member of the California Tax Counsel. In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys and fishing.
